Refund & Return Policy

All products at DECEM are made-to-order. Hence, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Eligible cases:

• Wrong product received
• Damaged product
• Printing defect

Conditions:

• Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
• Unboxing video or clear images are required as proof

Non-eligible cases:

• Size issues
• Change of mind
• Minor color variations

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund.
